We began working with the We Love Surveys team in 2018 and established a positive working relationship quickly becoming an extended part of their team. Our work from the very beginning has included creating dynamic content for their marketing platforms which has boosted their engagement on social media, drove traffic to their website while supporting their business growth goals.

As a small business focused on delivering feedback solutions to their clients, they wanted to focus their energy on creating new products for customers so we settled down with many cups of coffee to design a strategy that would allow them to attract a wider audience and provide them with the ideal business solutions they need.

WHO IS WE LOVE SURVEYS?

We Love Surveys is a specialist feedback solution provider that designs, creates, and delivers tailored surveys which meet the needs of individual companies and their specific projects.

Established in 2006, this small female-led tech-business based in Loughborough works with companies including pharmacies and businesses with their finger on the pulse, looking for direct feedback from various perspectives including employees, customers and patients.

With staff and customers being at the heart of any business, it’s important to understand their thoughts and concerns in order to devise a community mechanism that allows them to be honest and share their thoughts openly.

WHAT WAS THE CHALLENGE?

Our journey with We Love Surveys began when they identified that they wanted to promote their insightful range of products and services more broadly and in doing so gain more website traffic, leads, and social media presence. Over the time we have worked together, the challenges that businesses face have changed significantly as they strive to adapt to the new world we are operating in. As the climate changes, we are happy to have been able to support We Love Surveys on their journey and look forward to continuing our valuable work together in the future.

WHAT WAS OUR SOLUTION?

Over past four years of working with the team, our relationship with We Love Surveys has gone from strength to strength. We are there for them every step of the way and we have forged a relationship when they are able to come to us for support when they needed it and we have broadened out the scope of work we have completed for them in order to drive the results they are looking for. For example, we have created videos that can be used on social media, updated their website when needed, and also applied for awards whenever we noticed an opportunity. We’re firm believers that a strategy needs to adapt and change in line with the needs of the client as what is required will change on a regular basis.

All the content we have written has always worked to answer the audiences' questions that they might have about We Love Surveys and the services that they offer. Whether this is blogs, articles or website copy, we keep the needs of the audience and the information they need at the top of the priority list. Part of our strategy was, and continues to be, ensuring that We Love Surveys remains the go-to place for answers around topics such as patient and employee feedback, data analysis and the impact that the right data can have for a business.

Keeping the website regularly updated with fresh SEO rich content is the key to driving website traffic and showcasing exactly what a business has to offer. With this in mind, we have systematically updated the copy on the We Love Surveys website to ensure it reflects their friendly and personable tone of voice, their services and

what the team of feedback experts can offer their clients.

In terms of social media marketing, our key objectives were to focus on audience growth and to ensure that we were targeting potential clients in a variety of industries based on the business needs. Recently, We Love Surveys have been focusing on the work they can do with clients in the pharmacy industry, both physically in pharmacies and for clinical homecare providers. With the strategy in mind, we created specific social media posts to target those working within this industry and promote the services that they could offer.

As a small team, it’s important to make sure that team personality comes through, as this is one of the many reasons clients enjoy working with, We Love Surveys. Adding in content that is focused on the team, what they get up to together and the benefits of working with a company where you get to know them is key to the social media strategy.

Naturally, over time, the marketing strategy has evolved with We Love Surveys’ business objectives and in this case it had an impact on the length and type of content we created for them. While previously the shorter blog posts we were creating were performing well, new research indicated that audiences were interested in consuming longer-form content that tackled key topics within the industry. We used this research and information to change our content writing strategy to ensure that we were creating relevant for their audience.
